Let’s set the scene.
There I was, minding my own business, probably eating an apple or staring into my laptop, when BOOM — I clicked OK. Yes to selling my art. Yes to teaching classes. Yes to launching a website with analytics I don’t understand. Yes to everything… except the part where I actually had art to sell.
I didn’t have a shop, I didn’t have pricing figured out, and I certainly didn’t have inventory. But I did have a dream, a domain name, and a strong cup of coffee.
So here I am, learning what Monster Insight is (still no clue), wondering what a property ID has to do with my paintings, and laughing as I stumble forward. Is it terrifying? Yes. Is it hilarious? Absolutely. Is it very “me” without a doubt. A friend once told me — you’re just one step ahead of yourself which, let’s be honest, is kind of your superpower.
This blog is where I’ll share the real journey — from blank canvas to blooper reels, from floral arrangements to email list confusion, and all the messy magic in between.
If you’ve ever said yes before you were ready — or if you’re currently googling how to undo the thing you just agreed to — you’re my people.
Welcome to the “Oops I Clicked OK” Club.
We don’t have merch yet, but give me a minute. I probably said yes to that too.
